The McCullough Group, a respected Salt Lake City law firm, is seeking an experienced Business/Transactional Attorney (or general civil practice attorney) with a portable book of business to join our collaborative and entrepreneurial team.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of legal experience in business transactions, real estate, or M&A
• A portable book of business (required)
• Strong academic credentials and client relationship skills
• A Utah Bar license in good standing
• A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting

You’ll contribute to our existing transactional and M&A work while continuing to grow your own client base—with the full support of our team and resources.
